Metalic Industries’ most trusted product, Electroforged Bar Grating is manufactured through an advanced forge-welded process, permanently fusing bearing bars and cross rods using intense heat and pressure. This technique ensures superior strength per weight compared to traditional mechanical assembly methods.
The use of twisted cross rods provides a slip-resistant walking surface, while serrated gratings offer additional grip for high-risk, slippery areas. Most sizes in Standard Mesh Type are available in stock for quick delivery.

Stair Treads
At Metalic Industries, our Stair Treads are expertly engineered for maximum durability, safety, and performance. Available in Plain Rectangular and Trapezoidal shapes, each tread is fitted with a Side Carrier Plate and Antiskid Nosing to enhance grip and stability in industrial and commercial environments.
Ideal for staircases around vessels, tanks, and platforms, these treads can be securely installed by bolting or welding. Every stair tread is custom-fabricated to match precise size, width, and length specifications, with end plates tailored to meet specific bolt hole sizes or locations, ensuring a perfect fit for every application.

Circular Gratings
At Metalic Industries, our Circular Gratings are manufactured from high-quality prefabricated Electroforged Grating Panels. The layout is meticulously designed based on Equipment Platform drawings after frame construction. Panels are precisely cut to size, fitted to the grating frame, and welded with care to ensure a flawless, accurate fit.
Each grating is produced under strict supervision, ensuring an error-free and smooth erection process. We also accommodate pipeline cut-outs, platform bolt cut-outs, and notching for structural sections as required. Every piece is clearly marked with platform and grating numbers using a hard punching tool for easy on-site identification and installation.
Manual Gratings
Manual MIG Welded Gratings are ideal for heavy-duty, thick, and specialized applications where electroforged gratings aren’t suitable. Fabricated by our skilled team at Metalic Industries, these gratings are custom-made to client specifications, including cut-outs and notching as required.
Capable of being manufactured up to a flat thickness of 12 mm, we offer two primary types: Lock Fit Gratings and Zig-Zag (Honeycomb) Gratings, ensuring strength, durability, and precision for demanding industrial uses.
Drain Gratings
Drain Gratings are designed to safely cover stormwater and rainwater drainage channels in industrial plants and open areas. They’re custom-made to fit drainage channels, catch basins, trench pits, and manholes, with or without side angle support, based on client requirements.
Available in MS, SS, galvanized, or painted steel, these gratings are tailored for both light-duty foot traffic areas and heavy-duty zones handling forklifts, vehicles, and trucks — ensuring strength, durability, and long-lasting performance.
Stainless Steel Gratings
